Our staff are qualified, experienced & specifically trained before joining our team. Our ethos of providing high levels of care whilst respecting our residents' individual wishes is carried by all staff members. We have very high standards & our friendly staff are diligent & conscientious. Our manager & team leaders monitor all staff carefully. We have a low staff turnover rate, as we choose our team carefully & repay their hard work with a good working environment. We want our residents to get to know & feel comfortable with their carers.
