Cartref Croeso's chickens have settled in nicely and have been producing lovely eggs all summer, which our residents all enjoy collecting. 'The Girls' have fabulous characters and provide much amusement to us all!
Studies have shown that chickens offer significant therapeutic benefits for people of all ages and can be helpful for those suffering from anxiety, depression, isolation, loneliness and dementia. We're certainly loving their company - both residents & staff alike!
